how come in some hands it splits the pot other times it doesnt like (J3-J7split)next 1(J4-J2 dont

it all depends on the 5 cards on table to see if its a split pot or one winner

Need more info on the final cards of hand to be helpful to determine if a kicker in players hand is used or what combination of cards make up players hands as to if a split or not
