i do believe its best when you make it from scratch  using ricotta cheese and mozzerella cheese . if you like sausage as the meat use it.. i use ground beef that when i brown it i sprinkle italian seasoning in it , then drain grease.   the recipe link i use is Taste of Home   or my recipe book good housekeeping. gl kam

Mine is simple.  First I use Oven Ready Noodles.  No messy cooking.  LOL

Add onions , garlic and T sauce to lean ground beef  and salt n pepper.  Cook and simmer this.   Beat a egg into cottage cheese with S n P  and cut up atleast two kinds of cheeses .

Put a thin layer  of sauce then row of noodles then more sauce then a layer of cut up cheese then some cottage cheese and sprinkle with parmesan.  Now do this three times.  Then on top use some of the runny left over sauce and make sure it gets into the edges around pan.   Put in oven for almost hr  then let sit for 15 min.     Its yummyyyyyyyy good.  yes

Lasagna ala cam :
1.   Boil spagetti in the water which a spoon of cooking oil added in it
2.  Crash 3pcs of average garlic n cooked them with 4spoons of butter.

When the garlic colour change a bit, put in some salt n then put the spagetti which already dry a bit. You can add some tomato sauce and a bit black pepper. And finally, sour some crashed cheese as topping.
READY TO SERVE.
