How can i get back chips i transfered to a inactive account in error...

Samster, the only way you can get them back from any NPP account is to use the transfer page to make the transfer back again!

Login to Poqery as usual, then go to the transfer page and enter in the NPP account's username/password. Now make sure the "From" is the NoPayPOKER account and the "To" is the Poqery account. Now enter in the number of Bonus Chips in the NPP account and hit the transfer button.

Bob's your uncle and you are done.

If they didn't show up after you went back and activated the account here, or not still in your npp account. Contact npp support with all the information/details from your account page.  They will look into it and either replace them there, or post them here for you.
