What are your thoughts about earning a high rank on NoPayPOKER?

Question

We have a lot of players who say your bank is more important than your rank on NoPayPOKER. Personally, I believe with possibly a very few exceptions that the higher your rank is the more likely you are to have a sizable bank. Since your rank is based on profit over a 30 day period then as your rank rises so should your bank.

The exceptions I mentioned are a few players whose rank is not high that once in a while hit several large pots on cash tables over a couple of days that gives them a high bank but does not affect their rank very much due to many losses over the previous 30 days.

I also have noticed that even some of the players who scoff at earning high ranks still would and do love earning the rank of King. Even if they claim its not important watch them if they ever hit it, they will chat in the lobby a lot more than usual.

playing poker is a very fun game , n i love it .  thing is i play to win . you take away the chance to win, n the bregging rights of a great rank , the fun , n love of the game not enough to keep a player interested . we all play to profit,  be it friends , fun , love, money, or rank. all im saying ,  yup i love poker . now show me the money,  lol .

Being a king would be nice, but I dont like being under pressure to keep it on period. Always feeling nice when I see my rank go up. But its only that.
To keep playing to add my bank is also nice. It would be nice if I can keep being premium member. But it seemed to me buying bcs is cool too. Considering I dont play much ring games. So its kinda bit difficult. BUT
Its only my thoughts dough...

I have a yoyo rank , always up and down. however if I had to choose it would be bankroll everytime. u cant play with rank
