Do we get back added BCs and/or FreeDs when server problem takes along during the whole game (therefore we are not able to play)?

When the server crashes it leaves us with a big problem, we cannot get those games running again. That is why we have asked all of our players to NOT add BC to their starting stack until we fix the problem.

But if you have any specific instances you want us to review please contact support with the tounament number and what you bought in with or added in BC.
